Bought shoes, after a while the sole came loose and tore open, no normal wear and tear. Went back, and super arranged. Received new shoes, returned old ones. Excellent service in my case. Store is large, enough supply.

Ze had de geadviseerde laarsjes ook en kon er kilometers op lopen zonder pijn aan de voeten te krijgen. Dat wil ik ook!....verkocht.
Received good advice from the regular saleswoman of the De Hurk branch.
She also had the recommended boots and could walk for miles in them without getting sore feet. I want that too!...sold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought this skate shoes for my daughter and I opened the package at home and found that the shoes were of poor quality and does not fit my daughter well. I tried to return it the following day they refused to take them back because my daughter tried it on at home..
Now the shoes are here with nothing to do with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad customer service - I waited 15 minutes at the checkout with my 2 year old daughter. 2 saleswomen were too busy with the complaint, or rather looking for information on how to accept it. Finally, I asked if I could pay - the saleswoman was not nice: the shopping was thrown to me without packing, I did not get an answer to the question about a possible size change clothes for my daughter. Goodbye wasn't even there! zero competence and culture ----------------- tragedy!
