 Order your shoes, they will be sold after 3 days. Without any replacement Scandalous company. Also very rude employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hebben 20 minuten bij de kassa gewacht voordat de medewerkers de bijpassende linker schoen hadden gevonden. Het meisje aan de kassa had geen idee waar ze mee bezig was. Gelukkig bleef ze ten allen tijde aardig tegen ons.
We waited 20 minutes at the cash register for the employees to find the matching left shoe. The girl at the register had no idea what she was doing. Luckily she was nice to us at all times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wou een paar schoenen ruilen voor een maatje groter,deze waren online besteld.Gebeld naar hun filiaal en ruilen was geen probleem.De bestelde schoenen werden terug genomen en ik moest de nieuwe schoenen opnieuw afrekenen Ik zei dat ik ze alleen ruilde doch daar hadden ze geen boodschap aan.Ze zeiden dat het apterpay was en dat ik daarom moest betalen.Op mijn vraag of hun de schoenen dan terugstuurden zeiden ze dat die in de winkel bleven.Ik zit nu met verzendkostendie ik moet betalen voor schoenen die ik niet heb gehad.Dit is de laatste keer dat wij bij Scapino wat kopen.Het personeel is totaal niet vriendelijk en lachen je argumenten weg.
Wanted to exchange a pair of shoes for a size larger, these were ordered online. Called their branch and exchange was no problem. The ordered shoes were taken back and I had to pay for the new shoes again I said I only exchanged them but they had them there no message. They said it was apterpay and that is why I had to pay. When I asked if they would return the shoes they said they would stay in the store. I now have shipping costs that I have to pay for shoes that I did not have .This is the last time we will buy anything at Scapino.The staff are not friendly at all and laugh your arguments away.
