O	Onze Tablet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klantvriendelijkheid kennen sommige personeel niet in Sneek, vooral het jonge personeel of de stagiaires. Ze lijken nauwelijks, of misschien helemaal niet, opgeleid te zijn om in de winkel te werken. Bijvoorbeeld het werken met het computersysteem om de winkelvoorraad te controleren. Klanten helpen om het product te zoeken in de winkel...etc. Wat ze meestal wel doen: koffie drinken en kletsen met elkaar. Vragen of hulp nodig in de winkel? Dat is veels te veel voor ze joh, zoekt het maar zelf uit! Als je wat gekocht en betaald hebt, krijg je een lang en chagrijnig gezicht van het kassa meisje en zei niet eens bedankt. Dit soort winkelmeisjes zijn misschien goedkoper voor Scapino, maar zal zeker veel klanten kosten. Scapjno moet gewoon betere begeleiding geven aan hun. Of misschien nog beter, zij moeten gewoon niet in de detailhandel gaan werken. Customer service is unknown to some staff in Sneek, especially the young staff or the interns. They hardly seem, if at all, to have been trained to work in the store. For example, working with the computer system to check the store stock. Help customers to find the product in the store ... etc. What they usually do: drink coffee and chat. Questions or need help in the store? That's way too much for them dude, find out for yourself! If you bought and paid for something, you get a long and grumpy face from the cashier girl and didn't even say thank you. Shopping girls like this may be cheaper for Scapino, but will certainly cost a lot of customers. Scapjno just needs to give better guidance to them. Or maybe even better, they just shouldn't be working in retail.
