★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kan je leuk je email adres zetten als reactie. Maar verleen is nette en vakkundige service, heb je meer aan. Deze mensen nemen hun werk niet serieus. Hoe er met me Daytona werd omgegaan, wilde m bijna uit dr handen rukken. Arrogante figuren, nogmaals ik rijd liever naar Gassan op de Dam. Helaas is Heetman weg in Rotterdam, dat was pas een aanwinst voor Rolex. Als je geen rolex om je pols hebt word je gezien als een niemand.
 Could you please post your email address in response. But providing neat and professional service is more useful. These people don't take their job seriously. The way Daytona was treated almost made me want to tear it out of her hands. Arrogant figures, again I prefer to drive to Gassan on the Dam. Unfortunately, Heetman is gone in Rotterdam, that was just an asset for Rolex. If you don't have a Rolex on your wrist, you will be seen as a nobody.

Every time I’ve visited the store, the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Theo and Hans were especially helpful and personable. I definitely recommend visiting this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seemingly friendly service but they only have a small selection of wedding and engagement rings - mostly classic/standard rings. There were no variations in gem shapes available and little to no options in gemstones. Surprisingly, the clerk who was helping us was not very knowledgeable and even had a dismissive attitude.
Another thing is that the shop does not offer wide customization services, e.g. you will not be able to select your own stones after they order it for you nor make changes to the design etc.
Seeing other reviews it seems this shop is mostly catered towards customers who would like to purchase watches. Though if you'd like a special piece of jewelry, this may not be the place to look.
