★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 maal een auto spuiten voordat een externe partij de auto goed keurde, dat kunnen ze zelf namelijk niet. Slecht spuitwerk, slechte voorbereiding, smerige auto, plamuur vlekken, diverse kunststofdelen onder de grondlak, zakkers in de lak, loslatende toplaag. Kortom, niet naar toe gaan want het duurt maanden voordat het opgelost is. Geen servicebereidheid, laag niveau van kwaliteitscontrole (als die er was) en ongeïnteresseerde medewerkers. Alleen met druk van de leasemij kwam er beweging en dat is te gek voor worden. Kortom, dat kan beter en gelukkig zijn er schadeherstelbedrijven waar ze het wel in een keer echt goed doen.
 4 times spraying a car before a third party approved the car, they can not clear themselves. Poor paintwork, poor preparation, filthy car, putty stains, various plastic parts under the base coat, sagging in the paint, releasing top layer. In short, don't go because it takes months before it is resolved. No service readiness, low level of quality (if there was one) and uninterested staff. Only with pressure from the leasing company did movement come and that is crazy. In short, it can be better and thankfully there bodyshops where they really do it right the first time.

Good reception. Nice company. Clear verbal offer. Well helped. Coffee while waiting. Damage has yet to be repaired, they are very busy.

1. First time: our car got hit and insurance company covered the cost. The service was good and work as well.
2. Second time: we had accident and it's our own fault. Therefore, has to pay by ourselves. We were promised to give offer and waited for a week. I didn't hear from the shop, tried to call. They said they call me back, but not happened. Then I called again. They said they were busy and I better go to different garage, which I did. Here is what I learnt :
- 30% cheaper than this garage
- Fix within a week (No waiting for couple weeks. Rental car is quite costly)
