★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel fijn ontvangen in een ontspannen en vriendelijke sfeer. Bovenverwachting is de schade aan mijn voorbumper opgelost. Met bijna een gloednieuwe gratis leenauto reed ik naar huis en nog dezelfde dag kon ik mijn auto weer ophalen. Ze hebben zelfs de binnenkant gestofzogen en ik kreeg zelfs een plantje mee van het huis. Hopelijk niet tot snel, maar als ik weer schade aan mijn auto heb, rijd ik direct naar jullie! :)
Very nice welcome in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Surprisingly, the damage to my front bumper has been resolved. I drove home with almost a brand new free loaner car and was able to pick up my car the same day. They even vacuumed the inside and I even got a plant from the house. Hopefully not see you soon, but if I have damage to my car again, I'll drive to you right away! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an accident in my MB SLK200 that damaged the front right bumper, fender and headlight. The car is 21 years old, but Reco was able to locate the parts from Mercedes, and the car is really great now. Peyton, the receptionist, and Danny, one of the technicians, were incredibly friendly and helpful. There were a couple of delays but they were honest and responsive to my calls. All in all it was a very good business experience.
My ONLY reason for giving 4 and not 5 stars is that when I picked up the car, it had water spots all over it. I don't know if it was from rain (it wasn't raining that morning when I picked it up), or from a quick hose that they used to spray the car, but iit should have been polished with no spots before I picked it up. It was really a shame - because otherwise I was very happy.
