What a beautiful dormer. We are very satisfied. Hard-working professionals: they have also renovated the entire attic. Now we have a loft and 2 rooms.

Proberen te bellen en te mailen, maar nooit teruggebeld of antwoord ontvangen! Inmiddels een ander bedrijf benaderd die wél de afspraken nakomt. Scheer nooit meer! I approached Scheer for a quote for the repair of a dormer window due to leak in the attic. 2x made an appointment, 2x sitting at home waiting for an entire afternoon, but they completely ignored the appointment 2x! Trying to call and email, but never called back or received an answer! Meanwhile approached another company that does keep the agreements. Never shave again!

Dakkapel is nog mooier dan verwacht en in prima verhouding met de rest van de woning zoals we hadden aangegeven. Heldere uitleg thuis door Roel Scheers en prima documentie van hetgeen wat besproken is! Posted Dec 18, 2018. Well-matched team! Dormer window is even more beautiful than expected and in excellent proportion with the rest of the house as we had indicated. Clear explanation at home by Roel Scheers and excellent documentation of what was discussed!
S	Samantha Oort on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet professioneel, niet vakkundig genoeg, komt gemaakte afspraken niet na, zeer slechte communicatie ook interne binnen het bedrijf, bedrijf gaat graag een discussie met je aan, klant is geen koning bij dit bedrijf. Heeft bijna een jaar geduurd tot ons dakkapel achterzijde + raam met kozijn voorzijde geplaatst was, klus/gemaakte fouten waren pas na ongeveer 5 keer terug komen (elke keer weer ander personeel, die niet wisten wat ze moesten doen) opgelost. Om te krijgen waar wij recht op hadden hebben wij het keurmerk waarbij ze zijn aangesloten moeten inschakelen. Not professional, not skilled enough, does not fulfill agreements made, very poor communication also internal within the company, company likes to discuss with you, customer is not king at this company. Took almost a year until our dormer window at the back + window with frame at the front was placed, job / mistakes made were only resolved after about 5 times (each time different staff, who did not know what to do). In order to get what we were entitled to, we had to use the quality mark to which they are affiliated.

Als je op zoek bent naar een onbetrouwbare partij dan moet je hier zijn Mr. Scheer comes by and gives a prize. And is no longer available after that. Applied several times. Uiteindelijk terechtgekomen bij Scheer Dakkapellen. Traject is van begin tot eind goed verlopen. Vanaf het eerste contact met Roel, die ons vriendelijk en met verstand van zaken te woord stond, met het correct opleveren van de offerte, tot het vervangen van onze 4 dakkapellen op één dag. En een week later de afwerking aan de binnenkant. Medewerkers van Scheer waren correct, vriendelijk en behulpzaam; ze hebben zelfs een paar slechte dakpannen vervangen door nieuwe (en deze eerst op maat gemaakt). Op de dagen van plaatsing en afwerking belde Roel tussentijds en afloop even op om te vragen of alles naar wens verliep. Niets dan lof... The process went well from start to finish, very satisfied. We have been looking for a long time for a company that could replace our dormer windows. Finally ended up at Scheer Dakkapellen. The process went well from start to finish. From the first contact with Roel, who spoke to us in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, with the correct delivery of the quotation, to the replacement of our 4 dormer windows in one day. And a week later the finish on the inside. Scheer employees were correct, friendly and helpful; they even replaced some bad roof tiles with new ones (and custom made them first). On the days of installation and finishing, Roel called in the interim and after the end to ask if everything was going according to plan. Nothing but praise...
E	El Gohary-van Loo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roel the salesman is good in what he does, selling.. but later after getting a deposit the service and emailing/contacting process is horrible. We wanted 2 windows next to each other and Roel said that it’s possible with a minimum distance of 30 cm, but when their guys came to place the dakkappel and windows he didn’t care about what I asked and placed them very far from each other, which is for us not what we wanted and became waste of money (1000 euro). They left a big nail protruding out of the wall, that almost did go through my wife’s eye, but thankfully a friend who was with her pushed her away and saved her eye! We asked for dark gray decoratie, but what we got was light blue, because of the colors on the link that Roel sent us were wrong and don’t match reality, what we knew from their partner that Roel should’ve brought a sample of the colors himself, which he didn’t. Roel said the decoratie would be changed for 70 euros each! And after contacting their partner, they said 50 euros, which shows us that they’re making money even when it’s their and their partner’s mistake! We had issues later with mostly all the windows, that are not opening and closing properly, a guy came to alien things a bit better, and he called Roel and told him that there’s a window that needs a new part to be replaced, til now nobody came to replace this part.
