Inhakend op het bericht van mevrouw van der Wal, er was afgesproken dag van te voren (telefonisch) dat er gebeld moest worden een kwartier voor aankomst zodat jij de auto buiten kon zetten om proef rit te maken. Echter stond de auto nog midden in de showroom en aan de telefoon werd gezegd dat de auto verkocht was aan een dealer ( die had de financiering nog niet rond) dit werd echter niet gemeld van te voren. Kortom bijna 2 uur in de auto gezeten voor een auto die voor je neus verkocht is. Dit siert je bedrijf niet.

Prima ontvangst rustig kijken, proefrit gemaakt kopje koffie auto gekocht. Bij aflevering fles prosecco. Op weg naar Amsterdam ging plotseling het alarmlicht van de airco branden, Schild gebeld en mocht de auto laten repareren in Amsterdam €360,00 rekening opgestuurd 3 dagen later op mijn rekening. I bought a FIAT PUNTO a couple of weeks ago at Car Center Schild. Customer service was good and also helpful. The process was also fast and no fuss about anything. However, after the APK there was still a light problem that had to get fixed, wasn't a big issue, but still should've been picked up at the APK. Above all, I would recommend!

Just confirming what other people looking for an occasion seems to have encountered by visiting this car dealer. Called a day upfront for a test drive for a certain car I've liked from the pictures. Pictures looked better on the website then at the spot. Next day, the car is inside the building. You would need to ask the dealer to move more than 10 other cars, in order to get one outside the dealership. One will not be able to test drive the car before confirming you like it cosmetically and that the asking price is convenient for you. Not my way of evaluating a car. The way it behaves on the road, with the engine RUNNING does matter for me. The car I was considering buying from this car dealer had the front bumper replaced (color tone difference in between the bumper and the rest of the car) and all the tires MELTED from the sustained hard driving (tracks days maybe). I do expect that a more sporty model might have been driven hard, but please, at least try to not make it that obvious : ) . I was not offered any kind of help on understanding the history of the car. The attitude was not one that I believe you would call customer oriented. We've left there disappointed, but with no regrets, as I know that there was no feeling of safety and trust in the car that was sold in this specific dealership and I don't want to risk my life and others driving a car which you can't trust is mechanically in a good condition. Just look at the brakes of the car that you want to test drive and consider if they can actually stop you while testing it. From how they look, I would not take my chances... Just a personal story. Each understands from this what they want. Don't take my word for granted. Though, if I would not want to help others which are in the same situation I was at the moment I was visiting this car dealership, I would not take the time to write this 1 star review. Two trips, four years apart. Two purchases, two very good cars. Highly recommended. Will probably visit again in 2 years ;)

My husband bought a BMW 3 series here 4 years ago, and we are still very happy with it. My husband and a friend traveled by train to pick up the car. Since the train station is really far from the location of Schild, they actually offered to pick them up from the train station, a good 20mins drive away. Great humanity! Last week we went to check out a VW Polo for me. My husband emailed in advance and we found the car ready for us to check out. We expressed our interest in the car, and the owner offered us the opportunity to test drive it. Long story short, we bought the car, they cleaned it up nicely inside and outside and had APK done a few days before we collected it. I also have to mention that we checked out a few more dealerships before and the cars Schild have are better quality. I highly recommend Auto Center Schild.
