★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aside from already being outrageously priced, the driver threatened to leave (I was a woman travelling alone on New Year’s Eve with no public transport networks working) and charge me extra for waiting. He had only been there 40 minutes after my flight landed. I think it’s very unreasonable to expect someone to go through passport control, baggage collection and locate the right exit gate all within 40 minutes of the flight landing.

He asked for €120 from the airport to The Hague, which is more than twice the official price. Please, do not take a taxi if you don’t book it beforehand. The taxi belongs to the service “rent a cab”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I book 1 day in advance a taxi service to Schiphol at 5am as I have a family trip. At 4:55am as taxi was not in front of my house I decided to call customer service number and they informed me that taxi driver didn't pick up the phone and in addition to that no other taxi available for me.
As you can imagine you are not expecting this bad service for a company like this. In the future I will look for other more reliable option.
