Vanaf 2006 al aan het stoeien om de achterpui dicht te krijgen zonder kieren. Is nu gelukt door het plakken van latjes in de kozijnen. Is en blijft prutswerk. Erg jammer. Graag zag ik alsnog een betere oplossing. Personeel van Schipper geeft zelf aan dat de deuren niet goed zijn, waarom dan niet veranderen? De garantie is nog niet verlopen. Ik hoop nog steeds op een echte oplossing. Unfortunately I am a very dissatisfied customer. I can only submit a complaint to Schipper according to their information. Hoge kosten worden dan in rekening gebracht en omdat de schuifpui via bouwbedrijven is geleverd, onttrekt Schipper Ede zich van de jarenlange garantie waarmee het stoer adverteert op hun website (misleidende reclame-uiting!) Vanaf de offerte tot het mooie eind resultaat denken ze mee om het mooi voor je af te werken. De monteurs hebben een goed stuk vakwerk geleverd. Nu hebben we de tuin bijna in onze woonkamer en zo veel meer licht en ruimte. Nu, vandaag, weet ik dat ik een uitstekende keuze heb gemaakt. Vakkundige, gezellige collega's, goede uitleg over de werking en het onderhoud en een zeer knappe afwerking van de pui, inclusief alles netjes opruimen en schoonmaken bij het weggaan. Klasse! Daarnaast was ik ook zeer blij dat het bedrijf in de voorbereiding goed met mij heeft meegedacht en mij op de hoogte hield van datum en eventuele veranderingen in deze lastige tijd. Maar alles ging stipt volgens afspraak. Na twee uur werken heb ik weer een nieuwe schuifpui volgens het nieuwe, veilige principe. DAnk, dank! A new sliding door has just been placed at my place. Let op ik vraag alleen een prijs indicatie . Vergeet het maar . Reactie jullie wonen te ver weg en daar plaatsen we niet . Oke dat snap ik , maar mogen we dan wel een prijs indicatie ?? Nee vinden we niet nodig. Heeeeeeel jammer . We have requested a decent price indication from this company twice for a frame that they previously placed, and with which they are on pinterest. Please note that I only ask for a price indication. Forget it . Response you live too far away and we do not place it there. Okay, I get that, but can we have a price indication? Een verkoper die niet alleen aan het zenden is maar vooral vraagt naar wat klant precies wil. Complimenten! Foto's spreken voor zich. Goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Ik heb ook uitgebreid onderzoek gedaan naar de verschillende merken (ook kunststof) maar Schipper Ede kwam er het beste uit. Very satisfied with this company.
