★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn huid is nu erger dan voor de behandeling. Ik zou een chemische peeling ondergaan van €250 en daarna medicatie slikken om tot het beste resultaat te komen. Susan Schmidt was vergeten te vragen of ik al een lazer behandeling aan het doen was, waar ik eigenlijk niet boos op ben, kan gebeuren. Ze besloot om dan de behandeling te stoppen. Maar daarna heb ik geen reacties meer van haar ontvangen. Mijn huid is door de medicatie (dat eerst je huid erger maakt om daarna beter te worden) alleen maar erger geworden en die zorgen had ik nog met haar gedeeld maar geen reactie meer van haar gekregen. Dit is dus hoe je klanten ontevreden maakt en verliest. We hadden nog meer plannen, weet je nog?
My skin is now worse than before the treatment. I would undergo a chemical peel for €250 and then take medication for the best results. Susan Schmidt forgot to ask if I was already doing a laser treatment, which I'm actually not mad about can happen. She then decided to stop the treatment. But after that I have not received any more responses from her. My skin has only gotten worse due to the medication (which first makes your skin worse and then gets better) and I had shared those concerns with her but didn't get any response from her. So this is how you make customers dissatisfied and lose them. We had other plans, remember?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Schmidt and her assistant were absolutely lovely and they took such good care during the assessment, procedure, and aftercare. The atmosphere was profession, yet relaxed and light hearted. Their expertise and professionalism were far superior than any other cosmetic doctors I’ve seen in the past.
The results are amazing - I will personally continue to see her and use her practice and have also recommended her to friends and family.
