Ik heb dit eind januari jl. gemeld bij Scholten Cycling. Omdat ik een half jaar garantie had, viel dit probleem hier buiten. Men gaf aan om de fiets langs te brengen. Er is een andere trapas geplaatst en de fiets is teruggestuurd naar mij. Ik heb alleen de kosten van het versturen hoeven te betalen. Wat een goede service! Ondanks de grote afstand (Roosendaal-Dalen), zou ik er niet voor schromen om een volgende fiets bij hun te kopen. Ondanks de afstand! At the end of April 2018 I bought a used MTB and they looked very neat. Over time, there was play on the bottom bracket. I reported this to Scholten Cycling at the end of January. Because I had a half year warranty, this problem fell outside. They indicated to bring the bike along. Another bottom bracket has been placed and the bike has been returned to me. Ze nemen echt de tijd voor je en hebben verstand van zaken. De kilometertellers haperden steeds, waardoor we direct nieuwe aangeboden kregen. Uitstekende service. Mocht ik ooit toe zijn aan een ''tweede stap'', dan koop ik mijn fiets hier. My girlfriend and I started cycling this summer and bought bicycles from Scholten Cycling. They really take the time for you and know their stuff. The odometers kept faltering, so we were immediately offered new ones. Outstanding service. If I ever need a '' second step '', I'll buy my bike here.

I have nothing to do with cycling myself, but the professional knowledge and passion are splashing about. This is really where you need to go for serious help in making the right choice.

Personeel was druk met eigen telefoon of stond in een pc scherm te kijken...,.. ik gun de verkoop graag een ander. Visited the case in Dalen. We were interested in 2 Cube e-bikes. Walked around for half an hour without being addressed at all. Staff were busy with their own telephone or were looking at a PC screen...,.. I would like to grant the sale to someone else.

Store to run away from! They never answer your questions and will do their best to rob you... ------------------------------- Warning. 4 months later... and I'm still waiting for a refund ! They have the bike and my money! Go to another place ...
