★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serieuze interesse in een huis. Ging per inschrijving. Netjes een e-mail met met bod en voorwaarden. Na halve dag niks gehoord te hebben maar eens ongerust gebeld. "Ja hoor, uw e-mail is aangekomen". Toen ik aangaf dat het wel fijn was geweest om een bevestiging te ontvangen kreeg ik geen excuses maar een snauw: "Had u maar om een ontvangstbevestiging moeten vragen."
Buitengewoon bot, en weer een typisch voorbeeld van de makelaarswereld: Crisis voorbij, klantvriendelijkheid ver te zoeken.
 Serious interest in a home. Went per registration. Neatly an e-mail with offer and conditions. After half a day of not having heard anything, I called me worried. "Yes, your email has arrived". When I indicated that it would have been nice to receive a confirmation, I did not receive an apology but a snarl: "If only you should have asked for a confirmation of receipt."
Extremely blunt, and again a typical example of the real estate world: Crisis over, customer friendliness hard to find.
