★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bijzonder ergerlijk is de bereikbaarheid. Of zij zijn gesloten vanwege de vakantie of vanwege de covid 19 of gewoon door personeel gebrek. Hoe dan ook, vervelend.
The accessibility is particularly annoying. Either they are closed because of the holidays or because of the covid 19 or just because of staff shortages. Either way, annoying.

De moeilijke stap om gehoorapparaten te gaan gebruiken werd gemakkelijk gemaakt door dat er goede uitleg was, en het stappenplan voor de komende tijd doorgenomen werd, dit is voor mij een gevoel van goede nazorg.
