j	jP K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vriendelijk personeel, zeer behulpzaam. De openingstijden/dagen daarentegen laten te wensen over. Maar 4 dagen per week open van 9.30-17.00 en gesloten in het weekend. Friendly staff, very helpful. The opening times / days, on the other hand, leave something to be desired. But open 4 days a week from 9.30 am to 5 pm and closed on weekends.

We blijven testen tot we de optimale afstelling hebben gevonden. Het resultaat wordt telkens wéér beter. Ik ervaar deze hulp en begeleiding als de beste service die ik kan krijgen waarvoor hartelijke dank. Achteruitgaand gehoor veroorzaakt (bij mij) frustratie en onzekerheid, maar de uitgebreide begeleiding is een geweldige steun. Ik zie sommige klanten klagen over slechte telefonische bereikbaarheid en dat is ook wel zo. Zorg daarvoor voor persoonlijk contact, ga langs op het inloopuur (dagelijks om 16:00) en je wordt écht geholpen. Vervolgafspraken gaan daarna vanzelf. Vraagt en u wordt geholpen, van harte aanbevolen wat mij betreft! I have been testing my hearing aids for over six months now with a highly motivated Schoonenberg employee. We keep testing until we find the optimal setting. The result keeps getting better. I experience this help and guidance as the best service I can receive for which I thank you very much. Loss of hearing causes (for me) frustration and uncertainty, but the extensive guidance is a great support. I see some customers complaining about poor telephone accessibility and that is true. Make sure you have personal contact, visit the walk-in hour (daily at 4:00 PM) and you will be really helped. Follow-up appointments are automatic afterwards. Ask and you will be helped, highly recommended as far as I am concerned!

I went and the guy who helped me was clearly trying to sell me a very expensive hearing aid and told me the one that health insurance provides is terrible (and showed me a photo of an insanely large and old looking hearing aid). I had a bad feeling about the whole experience, so I went to a different shop to compare and happily walked out with a trial of a very small health-insurance subsidized hearing aid. There is no excuse for being so dishonest about a health condition.
