★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ga nu inmiddels 1 halfjaar iedere maand naar Welmoed voor ontspanningsmassages en oefeningen. Ik wilde meer rust, ontspanning en afvallen in een rustig tempo.
Bij gewone massages was mijn lichaam wel ontspannen maar omdat ik veel zittend werk doe heb ik ook veel last van vastzittende spieren.
Door de massages van Welmoed worden ook de spieren lost gemaakt. Krijgt mijn lichaam rust en ik voel me meer relax en sterker. Dit zorgt er ook voor dat ik langzaam afval zonder hier veel energie in te steken.
zeker een aanrader als je goed voor je zelf wil zorgen.
 I have now been going to Welmoed every month for 1 half year for relaxation massages and exercises. I wanted more rest, relaxation and losing weight at a leisurely pace.
With normal massages my body was relaxed but because I do a lot of sitting work I also have a lot of muscle problems.
The muscles of Welmoed also loosen the muscles. My body gets rest and I feel more relaxed and stronger. This also ensures that I waste slowly without investing much energy in it.
definitely recommended if you want to take care of yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kom al een aantal jaren bij Welmoed voor voornamelijk de ontspannings massages. Dit blijf ik ook nog jaren doen! Altijd heerlijk ontspannen en heel goed. Welmoed is altijd erg lichaams gericht en wanneer je ergens last van hebt 'werkt' ze daar extra aan.
