E	Elisa Peperkamp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik reageer even zo op je reactie, aangezien dat niet op een andere manier kan. Ik had deze review al geplaatst vóórdat wij telefonisch contact hadden. Ik was nogal teleurgesteld aangezien ik 20 min voor een dichte deur stond terwijl ik mensen zag zitten. Er is niks mis met mijn gehoor en de deurbel deed het zeker weten, ook kloppen op de deur zou je moeten horen. Ik vind de compensatie om mijn parkeerkosten te betalen (1€) nogal schaars eigenlijk. Ik maak tijd vrij(kostbare tijd), rij naar jullie toe en word vervolgens teleurgesteld (zonder behandeling te hebben gehad). Ik vind de toon van deze reactie tamelijk teleurstellend. Ik had overigens 1 ster gegeven en na ons telefonische gesprek heb ik dit veranderd naar 3 sterren. Dus wat dat betreft had je dat niet kunnen horen aan mijn stem. Ik vind het ook niet meer sterren waard dan 3, ik hoop dat je dat ook begrijpt. I will respond to your response in a moment, as it cannot be done in any other way. I had already posted this review before we had contact by phone. I was quite disappointed as I stood in front of a closed door for 20 minutes while I saw people sitting. There is nothing wrong with my hearing and the doorbell did it for sure, you should also hear knocking on the door. I find the compensation to pay my parking costs (1 €) rather scarce. I free up time (precious time), drive to you and then get disappointed (without having received treatment). I find the tone of this reaction quite disappointing. By the way, I had given 1 star and after our telephone conversation I changed this to 3 stars. So in that respect you could not have heard that from my voice. I don't think it's worth more stars than 3, I hope you understand that too.

Ze heeft goed inzicht in wat mijn huid nodig heeft en ik ga iedere keer weer weg met een stralende huid en een ontspannen gevoel! Maar behalve dat ze een top beauty specialist is, is ze ook super lief en gezellig. Als ik naar Joy ga, voelt het alsof ik bij een vriendin op bezoek ga. Ik kan haar bedrijf alleen maar aanraden. Joy is the best, sweetest, and most professional beauty specialist I know. She has a good understanding of what my skin needs and I leave with glowing skin and a relaxed feeling every time! But besides being a top beauty specialist, she is also super sweet and cozy. When I go to Joy it feels like I am visiting a friend. I can only recommend her company.

But Rosa did a great job and my nails look amazing She is also super friendly and professional. The process takes long but i was very confortable with her. I cant believe i waited for so long to try them :) 100% recommend! (She also speaks Spanish so that was a BIG PLUS!)
