When I called them to try to make an appointment, I asked if I could speak in English, the answer was a dry 'no' followed by an extremely rude rejection of the call!! I understand that if you are in the Netherlands, people expect you to speak dutch, that is fine and legit, but being rude is not acceptable at all.
