Helaas een paar weken geleden een flinke schoorsteenbrand gehad. Gelukkig staat mijn huis nog overeind. De brandweer heeft de hele schoorsteen schoongeveegd na de brand en zei dat het leek alsof die al jaren niet goed schoongemaakt was! De berg die zei eruit haalde was niet van een jaartje. Bijna 4 volle bakken die op de foto zichtbaar is. Aan mijn hout kon het niet liggen want ook dat hebben ze gecontroleerd. Ik stook gewoon goed gedroogd beuken en eikenhout. Nooit meer dit bedrijf! Luckily my house is still standing. The fire brigade swept the entire chimney clean after the fire and said it looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly for years! Never this company again!

Bel je dat nr. dan moet je emailen en dat had ik al gedaan zonder antwoord te krijgen. Krijg ik sms dat ik maar ene Marcel moet bellen met 06 nr. zeer onprofessioneel enz. Heb er slecht gevoel bij. Barely sweeps the chimney. Years in a row! Now bring in another one who indicated that the chimney was not clean at all and had lumps in it!

Stak een stuk krant in brand en keek of de schoorsteen goed trekt en dan was het goed. Totdst we een nieuwe kachel gingen plaatsen en de kachel vroeg of we ooit hadden geveegd omdat hij zo vies was. Nu overgestapt naar Absoluut en zij vegen hem echt tot aan het laatste stukje toe. Dus Boy zal ik niemand aanraden. Boy has been with us for 2 years in a row. Nice sir, but he didn't swipe with us. Set a piece of newspaper on fire and checked if the chimney is drawing properly and then it was good. Until we went to install a new stove and the stove asked if we had ever wiped because it was so dirty. Now switched to Absolute and they really sweep it down to the last bit. So Boy I will not recommend to anyone.
