Monteur (Walter) was heel snel ter plaatse en heeft gelijk op ons verzoek alle sloten vervangen (want dat scheelt sleutels op zak). Van de week draaide de sleutel stroef in het slot. Opnieuw was Schous goed bereikbaar, stond ons vriendelijk te woord en weer was heel snel monteur ter plaatse. Hij legde goed uit en liet zien wat het probleem was. Probleem is nu opgelost. Walter, dank je! A while ago the key was locked in the lock. Mechanic (Walter) arrived very quickly and immediately replaced all locks at our request (because that saves keys). This week the key turned roughly in the lock. Schous was again easily accessible, was friendly to us and again a technician was on site very quickly.
