★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein vereinbarter Termin wurde nicht gehalten. Trotz Anruf nach 2 stündiger Wartezeit und der Aussage dass man noch unterwegs sei ist keiner erschienen. Eine Rückmeldung ist auch nicht erfolgt.
An agreed date was not kept. Despite call after 2 hours of waiting and the statement that you are still on the road, no one has appeared. A response was not made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Zuge einer Haus Komplett-Sanierung haben wir die Firma Bongers für sämtliche Fenster, Türen & Treppen angefragt und später beauftragt. Der Ortstermin war sehr angenhem. Die Beratung war sehr angenehm hier wurde sich sehr viel Zeit genommen. Wir konnten uns stets auf die Zusagen verlassen. Die Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und die Arbeiten wirklich top. Schön öfter haben wir diese Firma unseren Bekannten weiterempfohlen.
In the course of a house complete refurbishment we asked the company Bongers for all windows, doors & stairs and commissioned later. The Ortstermin was very pleasant. The advice was very pleasant here was a lot of time taken. We could always rely on the commitments. The staff were always friendly and the work was really great. More often we have recommended this company to our acquaintances.
