★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We zijn echt heel goed geholpen: service was echt top. Ondanks dat we een lastig probleem hadden was personeel heel geduldig. Ze wilden écht een oplossing zoeken.
We were really well helped: service was really top. Despite having a difficult problem staff were very patient. They really wanted to find a solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Langs winkel in Almelo gegaan niemand in de winkel na lang wachten werd er van een afstand geroepen" hebben jullie een afspraak " ik zei nee kan het misschien nu tot de andere klant er is? Werd er terug geroepen nee dat kan niet .
Afspraak maken begrijp ik maar kom naar de deur en vertel vriendelijk hoe je afspraak kunt maken.
No one went to the shop in Almelo after a long wait, they shouted from a distance "do you have an appointment" I said no, is it possible now until the other customer is there? Was called back no that is not possible.
I understand making an appointment, but come to the door and kindly tell you how to make an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Echt superfijn geholpen. Na het meten bleken we een maat groter nodig te zijn. Verkoopster nam alle tijd en probeerde met inlegzolen nog iets aan te passen. Helaas niet het gewenste resultaat. Verkoopster gaf ook eerlijk aan, als het niet past, niet doen. Echt met een fijn gevoel en helaas zonder een nieuw paar schoenen naar huis.....
Really nice help. After measuring, it turned out that we needed a size larger. Saleswoman took her time and tried to adjust something with insoles. Unfortunately not the desired result. Saleswoman also stated honestly, if it doesn't fit, don't. Really with a good feeling and unfortunately without a new pair of shoes .....
