★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik probeer lokale ondernemers zoveel mogelijk te ondersteunen door mijn aankopen in de stad te doen i.p.v. op internet, zo loop ik ook regelmatig even bij deze winkel binnen. Helaas ben ik tot de conclusie gekomen dat klantvriendelijkheid niet in het woordenboek staat bij een van de medewerkers. De manier waarop ik te woord werd gestaan vind ik echt beneden alle peil, daarbij kreeg een van de collega’s ook nog een sneer mee. Lekker collegiaal! Jammer, mij zijn jullie kwijt als klant.
I try to support local entrepreneurs as much as possible by making my purchases in the city instead of on the internet, so I also regularly visit this store. Unfortunately, I have come to the conclusion that customer friendliness is not in the dictionary with one of the employees. The way I was spoken to was really below all standards, and one of my colleagues also got a sneer with it. Tasty collegiate! Too bad, I have lost you as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja inderdaad, er is bijna geen winkel met zo'n klein oppervlak waar je zo lang kan rondneuzen! Maar de klantvriendelijkheid valt me dan wel weer erg tegen. Wordt bijvoorbeeld nooit begroet als ik binnen kom/vertrek of bedankt als ik iets heb gekocht. Erg jammer want dat zou je juist bij deze winkel meer verwachten
Yes indeed, there is hardly a shop with such a small surface where you can browse for so long! But the customer-friendliness is very disappointing to me. For example, never greeted when I enter / leave or thanked when I bought something. Very unfortunate because you would expect more at this store
