β β β β β Super fijne winkel. Trui een tijdje geleden gekocht, begonnen te hangen en kleine gaatjes in te komen. Naar de winkel gegaan, ik kon kiezen meteen vervangen, meteen mijn geld terug of een andere trui uitkiezen. Nieuwe trui uitgekozen en was zo weer onderweg. Top service!
 Super nice shop. Pullover bought a while ago, started to hang and small holes come in. Went to the store, I could choose to replace immediately, immediately get my money back or choose another sweater. New sweater selected and was on the way again. Top service!

β β β β β Niet extreem overzichtelijk maar de personeel is super gezellig en kleding 9/10. Beetje advies bij wat ik koop was erg behulpzaam. Niet alleen aanwijzen wat duurder is maar ook wat mooier is ?
Not extremely manageable but the staff is super cozy and clothes 9/10. Little advice on what I buy was very helpful. Not only pointing out what is more expensive but also what is more beautiful ?

β β β β β I am extremely disappointed in Scotch and Soda. Last year a bought a pair of shoes but now I would like to buy new laces for these shoes, but apparently there is no way to do this. This is not possible. I am very upset, as this is like building a car, but not providing the spares for that car.
After multiple calls, the customer service center in The Netherlands was useless and only wasted my time, keep telling that they can not do anything. For a brand of your quality I expected a lot more!!!
