The nails are terribly done, partly because my 3 month son was crying and partly because their equipment is just not good. My nails were not dry after being 3x under the lamp. On top of that, it’s terribly done, the sides are not covered with nail polish and the color doesn’t match the sample I was shown. I though never again for my nails, but since it’s very close to my home I was willing to give them a second chance by doing my eyebrows. When it was time for my appointment, I came again with my son (asleep in the baby carriage), and Chantal goes open the front door for me and said that I’m not allowed inside with my son. “Je mag niet iedere keer naar binnen met je kind”, literally her words. I understand they have more clients but it’s just not nice to say it that way. If my baby is not welcome, neither am I. This leaves me feeling discriminated and will never ever ever go back. If I could, I’d give zero stars.
