★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op het eerste gezicht lijken het twee gestileerde dansende mannetjes, maar het informatiebordje leert dat dit werk van Martin Borchert uit 2009, in opdracht van de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, een X- en een Y-chromosoom voorstellen. Het staat waarschijnlijk niet toevallig op deze plek. Boven de ingang van het oudere gebouw ten oosten van de sculptuur valt te lezen: 'Studiecentrum voor anatomie en embryologie'.
At first glance they look like two stylized dancing males, but the information board shows that this work by Martin Borchert from 2009, commissioned by the University of Groningen, represents an X and Y chromosome. It is probably not a coincidence at this place. Above the entrance to the older building to the east of the sculpture you can read: "Study center for anatomy and embryology".
