★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most horrible company ever! SDR is responsible to fix the bell in our building. After almost 8 weeks of doing nothing, they got started this morning. Hallelujah! The deal was to receive a letter ahead to be informed about the work activities. The letter did never arrive. And after leaving my apartment this morning, I got rude comments from the workers 'why I am not sitting at home waiting for them, they send a letter'. Unbelievable and so disrespectful. Like I have no job to go to! I strongly recommend SDR to work on their company values, time management, and service skills. Good day!
Update: They managed to connect the Intercom (bell) completely wrong in our building. That means, you push the button of apartment 23-1 and it rings at 25-2. Proficiat!
