Friendly staff. Helped me in making the decision for a nice comfortable couch at a very attractive price!! Still have to see the condition of the couch after it has been delivered. I hope it is a positive experience in the end unlike few other reviews.

So, we ordered a sofa in September and up until now we are waiting! No clear communication, I am so fed up with them!!!! You call them, they never pick up and never call back! We are so disappointed and would never recommend them to anyone in our network!

I give a one star just because I can't give a zero! Their service is so mysterious and awful! I ordered a 2k euro couch 21 weeks ago! 21 weeks! They told me on the agreement they will deliver in 8-16 weeks. Unfortunately they never did! And never call me to explain why they didn't! I called them last week, and they told me they are not able to deliver me the couch now and not able to tell me where it is either. They said that they sent an email to the headquarter asking about my couch, and will call me back. Of course they never call me back!! I keep calling everyday, and after 3 days they said they sent the email, another employee picked up my phone and said oh her colleague made a mistake in the email by missing one digit, and then she sent it correctly again (she said so) and promised me to call me back on Monday. Now it is Wednesday and I never receive anything from them! My arguments are: 1. If they are seriously looking forward to solving my problem, why don't they just call the headquarter? 2. On the agreement it says 8-16 weeks, then why didn't they call me or inform me in anyway to explain why it has to take longer? 3. Did they make stupid mistakes or just try to scam? 4. The whole purchasing experience just feel like a scam, and they broke my trust thousand times (simply from everytime they tell me that they will call me back, but NEVER did). At the beginning they all sound very convincing, but in the end you just have to be lucky. There is no post service at all (or not even post service because I haven't received anything yet!). Seriously if you cherish your money, don't buy anything from them!

I am writing based on my experience on a couch and side chair from Seats and sofa amsersfoot.I am completely unsatifised with the service and the lack to shoulder responsibility.Let me tell you my experience I ordered a couch in amersfoort branch on 27th feb and i paid complete amount 1650 for the couch as the sales guy insisted if he had to make that offer.So i agreed and paid in full.It was informed it will take 8-16 weeks. In say 8 weeks (Apr 30), i already got a call that couch was ready.It was delivered just to see that it was sent in wrong configuration and the chair was not even ordered by them.we make mistakes and i was okay with the issue and addressed it to them via mail and phone.they informed me that they will have to send it back and get a new one.He also informed that the new one is already ordered.It took 5 calls for me to make them pick the couch back and everytime there was new person and it was terrible that no one took the responsibility to do the needful. After 2 weeks it was picked up and i was informed the couch was new couch has been ordered.This was 10th May. Since then untill now i have called them like 5 times to check the status of the couch ,i have until now got no response.They say they call back but no one does. Now on 8th July ,i recevie an email that your exchange has been accepted.I was surpised and i call them ,they are telling me that you new couch has been ordered NOW.All hell broke loose.Now they are saying have to wait for 8-16 weeks more for the couch.Imagine was a terrible after sales service they have. Till date i have not received my couch with i have paid in full and it been 5 months.I really really made a bad decision to have purchased my couch at seats and sofa.All i can do is wait right.

I do not recommend at all Seat& Sofas!!! My experience with Seat& Sofas was really bad.I order a 7 seats sofa model in september 2020.I paid a deposit of 800 euros.The sofa suppose to be delivered in max 12 weeks,but wasn't.I tryed to call them to find out what happen but nobody answer at the phone so I decide to go directly at the shop.There,the employers didn t know why my sofa is late and they said that the phone from the shop was stolen by a customer that's s why nobody answer.They also said that i will receive a call next day with the answer.Next day I didn t received nothing,not even the days after. After this situation,during 1 month, i fight with them,day after day,giving phone calls and visit them at the shop ,asking where is my sofa.I even spoke with the manager of the shop and he give me his word that he will fix the problem as soon as possible,but were only lies.So,in total passed 4 months since I ordered my sofa and I dind t received nothing,not even a clear answer.Finally after those 4 months,one employe call me and said me that I will received the sofa in 1 week.I even took free day from my job to wait them but surprise! Nobody came to delivered it. I start to call them again,they always said that I will received call back but they never do this.After 2 weeks,full of phone calls from my side,they let me know that they have my cauch and we agree for the delivery time.Again another 2 weeks passed till we finally negociate and find a certain deliver date.Everything was really slow and hard to get something from them even I paid in time all the amount of money.From the first term of 3 months how was in the contract,the periode extended with more than 2 months.So,I received my sofa after more than 5 months.Don t choose Seat& Sofas!! you will regret this!!!

We really had a very very bad experience with seats and Sofas. They are really unprofessional. We booked our casa nova sofa in Mid March and they promised us to deliver at 26th June. After 26th June we made several calls to them. Every time we explained about our order and asked when it will be delivered. Every time they said 2more weeks. Finally we asked them to send us e-mail confirmation about delivery. They sent us email and stated that it will deliver at 23rd August to 27th August.Ofcourse, it never delivered. After that we called them several times and they said they will call back with answers and they never called us back. Now it's 15th September and we called them again and again and now they are saying it will take more than 16weeks again. We said it's really not worth it to wait more than 6months and we want to cancel the order but they said as per law we need to pay 50percent of the payment which we already paid when we booked the sofa. And now what should we do .?Such a cheating to customers and fraud people. Please never visit Seats and sofas. They are fraud people.

We bought a sofa but didn't choose the colour right away. They said that next Sunday they would call us to take the colour. We cannot by anyway contact them. They don't answer the phone and email. We tried several times, including now I'm more then 15 minutes trying to get ahold of anyone in there. We saw online that their after sales are terrible and we are just experiencing it... I mean if you want a good customer experience just go somewhere else...
