M	Melton Van Zanten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15 minuten in de wachtrij aan de telefoon, eenmaal opgenomen zegt men terug te bellen om dit vervolgens niet te doen. ruim vier uur later teruggebeld en weer eens 25 minuten in de wachtrij. Uiterst slecht tot geen service, en erg nalatig. Voor ons probleem nog steeds geen oplossing aangeboden en weinig interesse om dit te veranderen. Wie erover nadenkt zich hier klant te maken; DOE HET NIET!! Oploskoffie is zelfs nog een betere optie op dit punt. En laten we maar niet spreken over de kwaliteit van het koffiezetapparaat. Gatverredamme wat een ballenbedrijf. 15 minutes in the queue on the phone, once answered they say to call back and then not to do this. more than four hours later called back and another 25 minutes in the queue. Extremely poor to no service, and very negligent. For our problem still no solution offered and little interest in changing this. Al de 2e machine sinds 2020 (en dat is vlot met 2 langdurige sluitingen door covid) en de huidige is ook net als de 1e continue kapot. We hebben meer monteurs in onze salon dan dat we koffie bestellen. Advies alleen via telefoon, tenminste als ze tijd voor je hebben! Met praat over boetes bij het overgaan op andere machines!! Boetes?! Zorg eerst dat je fatsoenlijk apparatuur adviseert en levert! What bad advice and service. Already the 2nd machine since 2020 (and that's smooth with 2 long-term closures due to covid) and the current one is also continuously broken just like the 1st. We have more technicians in our salon than we order coffee. Advice only by phone, at least if they have time for you! Talk about fines when switching to other machines!! Fines?! First make sure you advise and supply decent equipment!
m	muziek Sjaak h on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De service is bij dit bedrijf ver te zoeken, we hebben een bonenkoffieautomaat die inmiddels anderhalve week buiten werking staat, dus geen koffie op de zaak. Wij na 4 dagen gebeld (eerst 12 min in de wacht) wanneer wij een monteur kunnen verwachten. Mevrouw die we aan de telefoon hadden kon dit niet zeggen, ze vertelde we liggen bij de planning..... wanneer er iemand komt kon ze niet zeggen. Dit hebben wij nog nooit meegemaakt dat je minimaal anderhalve week moet wachten tot je eigen koffieautomaat gemaakt wordt. Wij gaan weg bij dit bedrijf want is niet te vertrouwen. Let dus op mensen ga met Selecta geen zaken doen. The service is hard to find at this company, we have a bean coffee machine that has been out of operation for a week and a half, so no coffee at the office. We called after 4 days (first on hold for 12 minutes) when we can expect a mechanic. The lady we had on the phone couldn't say this, she told us we are at the planning..... when someone comes she couldn't say. We have never experienced this that you have to wait at least a week and a half for your own coffee machine to be made. We are leaving this company because it cannot be trusted. So pay attention people do not do business with Selecta.
