Ordered a bag of hops and yeast just before Christmas, and delivered at home just after Christmas, despite the Christmas rush.
And even a personal message on the packing slip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik bestelde een product op hun webshop, ik kreeg een mail dat desbetreffend product nog stond geprijsd aan de 'oude' prijs en de nieuwe prijs was bijna dubbel zo duur. Nadat ik niet akkoord was hiermee hebben ze gewoon een mail gestuurd dat mijn account verwijderd was en dat ik niet meer kon bestellen.
Slechte klantenservice en absoluut niet vriendelijk. Ik bestel hier nooit meer iets.
I ordered a product on their webshop, I received an email that the product in question was still priced at the 'old' price and the new price was almost twice as expensive. After I did not agree with this, they simply sent an email that my account had been deleted and that I could no longer order.
Bad customer service and definitely not friendly. I will never order from here again.
