Time to share my experience! Been working with Sendcloud since the early days, great service until you have a problem. Fill in the form, you have to wait 45-60 days before you get a reply from the shipping agency they say, from my own experience it's not always that the claims go through with the shipping agency giving you more delays. We love the system but the communication between clients and shipper with sendcloud as a middleman is a one star rating. Hope they improve so i can adjust the rating but so far the time and money it's costing us at the end is not making this service that lucrative...

I changed to sendcloud after months of stress with another courier service, and must say after using them they have been hassle & stress free. The service as wel as their customer service is professional, friendly and they keep you informed. Great job!

Sendcloud is the best solution available for my small webshop. Easy to install, works great and loads of shipping options. The service is also very good and I would recommend Sendcloud to any webshop owner. Great tool!

great tool, very useful if you set up an e-commerce. Printing label it's easy and customer support is very good. You can also handle return which is handy.

They report & get reviews removed because they can't even take the time to help customers with complaints. What a joke. Stay far away from here.

Provider to run away from if you care about your business. The integration is user-friendly, the prices are not necessarily the best, and to be honest, that's where it ends. The big problem is that we have had parcels declared lost by their carriers for months for which we have never received any compensation, even after many reminders without any concrete action from Sendcloud ... In other words, they pocket their commissions + the insurances that we pay to finally let the files drag on until they hope that the customer will give up. After a lot of money lost in the wilderness, we finally opted to stop the haemorrhage by urgently stopping with this clearly dubious service provider.

Poor customer service and lack of accountability The system on its own is okay, but the poor customer service, the tardiness in response and the absolute lack of accountability towards their clients is frustrating. I would not recommend working with this company for your e-commerce business. It almost takes an extra team member to handle the complaint tickets.
