R	Roel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Time to share my experience! Been working with Sendcloud since the early days, great service until you have a problem. Fill in the form, you have to wait 45-60 days before you get a reply from the shipping agency they say, from my own experience it's not always that the claims go through with the shipping agency giving you more delays. We love the system but the communication between clients and shipper with sendcloud as a middleman is a one star rating. Hope they improve so i can adjust the rating but so far the time and money it's costing us at the end is not making this service that lucrative...

The integration is user-friendly, the prices are not necessarily the best, and to be honest, that's where it ends. The big problem is that we have had parcels declared lost by their carriers for months for which we have never received any compensation, even after many reminders without any concrete action from Sendcloud ... In other words, they pocket their commissions + the insurances that we pay to finally let the files drag on until they hope that the customer will give up. After a lot of money lost in the wilderness, we finally opted to stop the haemorrhage by urgently stopping with this clearly dubious service provider.

I would not recommend working with this company for your e-commerce business. It almost takes an extra team member to handle the complaint tickets.
