★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ondanks flink zoeken op de site kan ik geen informatie over het uurtarief vinden. Alleen als je allerlei persoonlijke gegevens invult krijg je informatie over een totaalbedrag. Dan maar bellen; ik heb flink moeten aandringen om een uurtarief te horen te krijgen. Ook aan de telefoon stuurt men aan op een "persoonlijk advies" en het geven van een all in prijs. Niet erg netjes van senior service; wees helder en transparant.
Overigens bleken andere aanbieders van deze zorg goedkoper toen ik het uurtarief van senior service achterhaald had.
Despite a thorough search on the site, I cannot find any information about the hourly rate. Only if you enter all sorts of personal details will you receive information about a total amount. Then call; I had to insist a lot to get an hourly rate. Also on the telephone, people are guided by "personal advice" and giving an all-in price. Not very neat of senior service; be clear and transparent.
Incidentally, other providers of this care turned out to be cheaper when I discovered the hourly rate of senior service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze organisatie beloofd veel maar levert weinig. De zorg zou binnen 24 uur gestart kunnen worden werd mij aan de telefoon verteld. Na een intake was de contact persoon van onze regio met vakantie en zou ik gebeld worden door de manager van een andere regio. Na meerdere malen contact en beloftes was er niks geregeld en al helemala niet binnen 24 uur. Ik ben er mee gestopt. Mijn review van hun "diensten " is op hun webpagina niet geplaatst.
This organization promises a lot but delivers little. The care could be started within 24 hours I was told on the phone. After an intake, the contact person of our region was on holiday and I would be called by the manager of another region. After several times of contact and promises, nothing was arranged and all within 24 hours. I stopped. My review of their "services" is not posted on their web page.

Staff are treated badly and exploited. In an antisocial way, poorly paid staff are being charged more through unethical contracts
