Tablettenausgabe erfolgt auf der Toilette der Senioren... wie entwürdigend! THE PFLEFEDIENST IS THE PAST DISASTER! Requested help = missing That's not how you imagine help. Not enough staff? Wrong work attitude ?! Tablets are dispensed on the toilet of the elderly ... how degrading!
N	Nalan San on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein sehr schönes Haus, wie von außen so von innen. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, keine Klassifizierung alle werden gleich behandelt top. Pflege und Betreuungsassistenten leisten tolle Arbeit. A very nice house, as from the outside as from the inside. Staff very friendly and accommodating, no classification everyone is treated equally top. Nursing and care assistants do a great job.
R	Ralph Pfeifer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurden gerade bei der Besichtigung des Curanums in Hilden von der dafür verantwortlichen Mitarbeiterin äusserst unverschämt behandelt, ja sogar verbal beschimpft. Das meine Schwiegermutter (86 Jahre) noch überlegen wollte diesen ja doch einschneidenden Schritt zu gehen, gefiel ihr schon mal nicht. Als dann das bereits gegen Bezahlung reservierte Appartement auch noch von einem Besucher belegt war (was die Dame nach dem aufschliessen der Appartementür feststellte, Organisationsdefizit?) und der vereinbarte Besichtigungs-Termin dadurch nicht eingehalten werden konnte, wurde sich nicht entschuldigt, nein, sondern im Gegenteil wir beschimpft, dass wir kein Verständnis für Notfälle hätten. Zur Info, der Notfall war lt. ihrer Aussage eine Dame die angbl. in Hilden kein Hotelzimmer gefunden hat. Der Termin war um 10:00 Uhr. Nachdem noch ein paar eigenartige unfreundliche Äusserungen kamen, hat meine Schwiegermutter einen Einzug in dieses Haus strickt abgelehnt und den Reservierungsvertrag sofort gekündigt. Die Bewohner können davon ausgehen eine ordentliche Leistung zu bekommen. Die Residenz liegt zentral und doch ruhig. Zur Mittelstr., dem Zentrum sind es gerade mal 150 m. As usual at CURANUM, the retirement home is run professionally. The staff are friendly and helpful, everything is very clean. The residents can expect to get a decent performance. The residence is centrally located, yet quiet. To Mittelstr., The center is just 150 m.
M	MIGOVISION - Michael Stappers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super schöne Anlage. Die Seniorenresidenz sieht eher aus wie ein Hotel der gehobenen Klasse. Wir wurden extrem freundlich und mit großer Ausdauer beraten und im Haus herumgeführt. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr schön und in verschiedenen Größen vorhanden. Alles ist sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Auch bei der Abwicklung des Vertrages wurden wir sehr gut unterstützt. Wir sind wirklich begeistert. Super nice facility. The senior residence looks more like an upscale hotel. We were extremely friendly and with great persistence advised and led around in the house. The rooms are really nice and available in different sizes. Everything is very clean and friendly. We were also very well supported in the execution of the contract. We are really excited.

Jedes Mal bekommen wir mit, wie Angehörige, trotz Corona, die Bewohner mit in den angrenzenden Stadtpark nehmen. Gerade jetzt wird dringend davon abgeraten, Verwandtenbesuche durchzuführen. Es wäre eine Katastrophe, das Virus in die Einrichtung zu schleppen....Warum hält man sich dort nicht an die Anordnung. Fall für das Ordnungsamt? We pass this facility almost every day. Every time we see how relatives, despite Corona, take the residents with them into the adjacent city park. Right now, we strongly advise against visiting relatives. It would be a disaster to drag the virus into the facility .... Why not follow the order there. Case for the regulatory office?

Die Anlage befindet sich in einem sehr schönen Zustand und die Leitung/Verwaltung macht eine sehr freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Eindruck. Auch werden unseres Erachtens die Corona-Auflagen durchaus eingehalten. Da es hierzu bereits in einer Rezession erhebliche Kritik gab ist zumindest zu vermuten, dass dabei vielleicht nicht bedacht wurde, dass hier auch Menschen im sog. betreuten Wohnen leben, die durchaus, sofern kein Corona-Verdachtsfall vorliegt, das Haus verlassen dürfen bzw. ggf. sogar müssen.
