J	Jeroen van der Wal - Roskam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn oom heeft hier een SLK gekocht waarvoor hij helemaal uit Friesland voor kwam. na een proefrit een aantal puntjes aan gegeven maar niets motorisch aan de hand (stoelverwarming en airco deed het niet) op terugweg 's avonds naar Friesland ging motorstoringslampje aan en liep hij onregelmatig. eigen garage uit laten lezen en resetten. helaas kwam hij terug. Contact opgenomen met Senna Cars welke het netjes opgelost heeft. we hebben hem terug gebracht en twee dagen later was het probleem kosteloos verholpen. Mijn oom tevreden, en ik een goede indruk van het bedrijf ! My uncle bought an SLK here for which he came all the way from Friesland. after a test drive a number of points were given but nothing motoric (seat heating and air conditioning did not work) on the way back in the evening to Friesland, the engine malfunction light came on and it ran erratically. Have your own garage read out and reset. unfortunately he came back. Contacted Senna Cars who solved it neatly. we returned it and two days later the problem was fixed free of charge. My uncle satisfied, and I a good impression of the company !
S	Skitice1991 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De 18 februari onaangekondigd langs gekomen om de BMW Z4 te bezichtigen, zo zagen we ook hoe de auto zou reageren met een koude motor start. Even een babbeltje gemaakt met de heren en daarna hebben we de sleutel gehad voor een testritje de testrit heeft zo'n half uur tot uur geduurd en er was technisch niets aan te merken, alleen de aanjager van de ventilator deed het niet. Na de testrit hebben we dat aangegeven en hebben we een goede deal kunnen maken. De week daarna ben ik de auto op gaan halen. Nu heb ik de auto zo'n 10 dagen, nog steeds geen problemen ondervonden en de auto rijd perfect en is fijn om in te rijden. Conclusie: Aardige professionele mensen, ook kun je er goed mee onderhandelen en zijn ze wendbaar in prijs. Wel een tip het schoonmaak bedrijf waar jullie de auto schoon laten maken. Ze waren denk ik te lui om de stoelen helemaal naar voren te zetten want er lagen nog veel blaadjes de bomen in, wat geen probleem is natuurlijk maar het zou niet moeten als Poetsbedrijf. Zeker een aanrader! Als het wat warmer weer wordt kom ik met dakje open bakje koffie doen! We had a chat with the gentlemen and after that we had the key for a test ride. The test drive lasted about half an hour to an hour and there was nothing technically wrong, only the fan of the fan did not work. After the test drive we indicated that and we were able to make a good deal. The following week I went to pick up the car. Now I have had the car for about 10 days, still no problems and the car drives perfectly and is nice to drive. Conclusion: Nice professional people, you can also negotiate well with them and they are agile in price. A tip to the cleaning company where you can have the car cleaned. I think they were too lazy to put the chairs all the way forward because there were still many leaves in the trees, which is no problem of course, but it should not be a cleaning company. He said "you need only put the gas and drive" in 3 mounths i spend for fix this car almost 3000 euro and still don't see ending of repairs in this car. Car value is 1500, 3000 i ve already put. Wathout for this salon. Stay how far you can. Owner is lair man

K	Kitti Vass on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought an Audi A4 in June 2021, they were kind and helpful in the beginning with the maintenance before purchase. After they hand over the car, the back brake light broke in a week, followed by the driver’s side lock stopped working a couple of weeks later, then one of the back door’s lock gave up, and finally after 4 months of joyful use we had a fatal engine failure. In the Audi garage they said it needs a full engine change for €6500, and the salon should have knew about it before selling. Tried to reach out to Senna, but as they don’t offer warranty in their contracts they didn’t help. Tried to get them to help to sell the broken car, but couldn’t reach them since. I believe we were just unlucky and I would prioritize next time for warranty, however the way they did not want to get involved with this is disappointing.
