Vloer vol met aanzetten en voor garantie geven ze niet thuis. Nooit aan beginnen! Everything bad about this company. Not properly informed, poor communication, poorly poured floor, potholes, hair, and dirt. Floor full of starters and they do not give at home for warranty. Never start!

Absoluut vakwerk en erg tevreden met de kleur (Khaki) in combinatie met onze betonnen wasbak en de mooie afwerking naar de gietvloer toe. Omdat we in een oud huis wonen, zijn de vloeren iets gaan werken waardoor haarscheurtjes zijn ontstaan. Senso laat hier zien dat zij enorm servicegericht zijn omdat ze, ondanks dat dit niet binnen de garantie valt, de betreffende scheurtjes gratis 'fixen'. Echt ontzettend blij mee en voor onze badkamer in aanbouw kloppen we zeker weer bij Senso aan! Senso applied concrete to our bathroom last year. Absolutely craftsmanship and very satisfied with the color (Khaki) in combination with our concrete sink and the beautiful finish to the cast floor. Since we live in an old house, the floors started to work slightly, causing hairline cracks. Senso shows here that they are very service-oriented because, despite the fact that this is not covered by the warranty, they 'fix' the cracks in question free of charge. Really very happy with it and for our bathroom under construction we will definitely knock on Senso again!
P	P de Vries on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doe nooit zaken met dit bedrijf! Wij hebben 2 jaar geleden een vloer laten leggen door Senso voor ruim €18.000. Al na enkele maanden begon de vloer bij alle ramen en deuren waar zonlicht schijnt geel te verkleuren. Ook is deze vloer heel erg gevoelig voor beschadigingen! Wij hebben (ruim een jaar geleden) contact opgenomen met Senso waarna iemand van Senso is komen kijken en ons zowel mondeling als per email heeft bevestigd dat dit niet kan en het onder de garantie valt. Wij hebben te horen gekregen dat wij een nieuwe laag over de bestaande vloer heen krijgen en dat wij weer het hele huis hiervoor leeg moeten trekken om er vervolgens 2 weken niet in te kunnen. Aangezien wij net een hele verbouwing achter de rug hadden en het niet zien zitten om weer alles te verhuizen met alle kosten die hiermee gepaard gaan (verhuis bedrijf inhuren, opslag meubels, 2 weken verblijf voor het hele gezin, bedrijf aan huis waardoor ook alle klanten 2 weken niet ontvangen kunnen worden etc) hebben wij gevraagd aan Senso om de vloer te laten zitten aangezien wij er geen geloof meer in hebben. Wij hebben per email gevraagd desnoods een deel van het bedrag terug te storten als compensatie, maar tot op de dag van vandaag hebben wij geen gehoor gekregen, ook niet na emails en 2 terug bel verzoeken achter te hebben gelaten. Helaas lijkt onze enige optie om juridische rechtsbijstand in te schakelen. Iets waar wij niet op zitten te wachten en Senso lijkt mij ook niet Never do business with this company! We had Senso install a floor 2 years ago for more than € 18,000. After only a few months, the floor of all windows and doors where sunlight appears to have started to turn yellow. This floor is also very sensitive to damage! We contacted Senso (over a year ago) after which someone from Senso came to see us and confirmed us both verbally and by email that this is not possible and it is covered by the warranty. We have been told that we will have a new layer over the existing floor and that we will have to empty the entire house again and then not be able to enter it for 2 weeks. Since we have just had a complete renovation and do not want to move everything again with all the costs associated with this (hiring moving company, storage furniture, 2 weeks stay for the whole family, home business that also includes all customers 2 weeks cannot be received etc) we asked Senso to leave the floor as we no longer have any faith in it. We have asked by email to refund part of the amount if necessary as compensation, but to this day we have not received a response, even after leaving emails and 2 callback requests. Unfortunately, our only option seems to be to seek legal assistance. Something we are not waiting for and Senso does not seem to me either
F	Floor Goderie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prachtige badkamermuren, maar al vrij snel kwamen er scheuren langs de kitnaad van het bad en langzaam brokkeld de Senso daar af. Ze zijn komen kijken, maar volgens hen ligt het aan de manier waarop de kit aangebracht zou zijn. We hebben dit door een professioneel bedrijf laten doen en hen ook de detailtekeningen gegeven waarop stond hoe dit moest gebeuren, die Senso destijds had doorgestuurd. Nu kunnen we zelf best kitten, maar we wilden geen enkel risico lopen bij dit materiaal, vandaar de vaklui. Of het kitbedrijf correct heeft gekit is een welles-nietes discussie die door geen van de partijen te bewijzen is. Je zou je kunnen afvragen als dit zo nauw komt, of je überhaupt wel aan Senso moet beginnen in een badkamer. Zeker als ik in de andere recensies lees hoe ze met schademeldingen omgaan. Twee sterren voor de looks en duurzaamheid, maar de kwaliteit laat te wensen over en voor deze prijs zou je dan een betere service verwachten. Erg jammer... Beautiful bathroom walls, but soon cracks appeared along the sealant seam of the bath and the Senso slowly crumbled there. We had this done by a professional company and also provided them with the detailed drawings showing how this should be done, which Senso had forwarded at the time. Now we can seal ourselves, but we did not want to run any risks with this material, hence the professionals. Whether the kit company has kit correctly is a yes-no discussion that cannot be proven by any of the parties. You might wonder if this is so tight, whether you should even start Senso in a bathroom. Especially when I read in the other reviews how they deal with damage reports. Two stars for the looks and durability, but the quality leaves something to be desired and for this price you would expect a better service. Pity...

So far, I’m not happy with the service and result. Bad decision to get this company to do my floor. What a waste of my hard earned money.

The Operations director himself came over to understand the investigate and to manage the project. Also the application engineer that carried out the project had vast experience on this matter. Really happy!
