I like the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. Everything goes fast as well and I liked the results of the previous cuts I got.
I can definitely recommend this hairdresser!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After hearing some good reviews from this place I decided to make an appointment. Unfortunately the lady who cut and made highlights for my hair was only working there for few days and it felt she didn't have enough experience. The highlights didn't start from the root of my hair but only after few centimeters after which looked awful. I came back complaining about this and asked to fix this. The same lady who took care of me last time was there again and she was supposed to fix it. She fixed the front but not the rest of my hair, I even have different colors depending on the side of my head. Very expensive for the service received and my hair looks awful. Also when she was drying my hair, she was doing it while "brushing" my hair with her fingers which hurt a lot and the blow dryer was so close to my head that it felt burning. Even when coming back, the problem is still not solved. For the price paid, I am very surprised they don't hire a more professional hairdresser. Very disappointed, I will never go back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in Maastricht for 1.5 years and during that time Manuella Peters was my stylist for cuts and color. I have extremely thick hair and she was not at all intimidated. She kept me looking my best, while being very lovely company. Its also nice that the salon has massage chairs (at the washtable), and kindly provide coffee and tea. I was sad to leave but have moved to the Rotterdam area. I highly recommend Manuella and the salon Senzes.
