Usually satisfied with service; this morning caught a lie: requested medicine is not available, no alternative offered. The Internet does show an equivalent alternative. When inquiring GP, pharmacy indicates that I would not be interested in an alternative .....

Ik woon in een woongebouw aan de broeksingel
Nu word er aangebeld ik zeg kom maar binnen door de intercom
Eenmaal boven krijg ik een grote bek dat ik wel een stap kan zetten en dat ik een magool ben dit is toch niet normaal ik heb de apotheek gebeld voor de klacht zeggen ze we gaan hem er op aan spreken nu dag later denk ik ik ga ff bellen want dit gevoel is niet fijn krijg je te horen ja we hebben hem er op aan gesproken maar verder gaan we er niks aan doen dit vind ik zo naar dus je mag gewoon uitgescholden worden waar je bij staat en dan word er niks aan gedaan nou heel fijn

I live in a residential building on the Broeksingel
Now the doorbell rings I say come in through the intercom
Once at the top I get a big mouth that I can take a step and that I am a magician this is not normal I called the pharmacy for the complaint they say we are going to talk to him about it now a day later I think I will go ff call because this feeling is not nice you will be told yes we talked to him about it but otherwise we will not do anything about it I find this so bad so you can just be called names in front of you and then nothing will be done well very nice
