a	albert hulsman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit bedrijf fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor het merk Valma.Met een klacht over een product van Valma wendde ik mij tot hun afd. productsupport.De afhandeling was ronduit abominabel ; men volstond met de uitspraak :"sorry voor het ongemak".Op mijn suggestie mij een vervangend product te zenden , werd niet ingegaan.Kortgezegd betrof mijn klacht , dat het product de gepretendeerde eigenschappen miste en -sterker nog - heeft getracht mee te liften op een product met dezelfde (!) naam van een andere producent (Turtle Wax),dat onder kenners een grote reputatie genoot.Dat het Valma product niet voldeed ,blijkt uit het feit dat het uit de markt werd genomen.Kortom : ik voelde mij met mijn klacht niet serieus genomen.Op geen enkele wijze is geprobeerd mij tegemoet te komen.De klachtafhandeling schiet bij dit bedrijf ernstig tekort. This company acts as a point of contact for the Valma brand. With a complaint about a product from Valma, I turned to their product support department. The handling was downright abysmal; they simply said: "sorry for the inconvenience". My suggestion to send me a replacement product was not accepted. In short, my complaint concerned that the product lacked the alleged properties and - in fact - tried to hitch a ride on a product with the same (!) name from another producer (Turtle Wax), which enjoyed a great reputation among connoisseurs. That the Valma product did not meet the requirements, is evident from the fact that it was withdrawn from the market. my complaint has not been taken seriously. There has been no attempt in any way to accommodate me. The complaint handling is seriously inadequate at this company.

Communicatie tussen werkgever en werknemer is zo goed als niet te onderhouden, aangezien je iedere keer maar van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd wordt. Mocht je hier willen gaan werken, dan raad ik dat ter zeerste af Heavily antisocial and extremely ungrateful to their employees. Communication between employer and employee is almost impossible to maintain, since you are sent from pillar to post every time. If you want to work here, I strongly advise against it

Denken altijd vanuit behoefte klant mee naar oplossingen, zoals wij van een echte Business Partner verwachten. SBi has been a fully satisfied supplier of car and bicycle accessories for us as Halfords for many years. Always think along with the customer for solutions based on the customer's needs, as we expect from a real Business Partner.

E	Eric The basterd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a 12v water kettle and after 3 goes it packed up. Sent a complaint through qua their system, never got a reply. I guess they don't care about customer service.
