I received a phone call from Service Royal, had a conversation on the situation below and they explained what went wrong.
I only worked with them one time and still had this negative experience:
First of all, on the official documents they wrote my gender and address wrong, which was not a huge deal and we changed it.
Secondly, I was declaring my taxes and I realized that according to the yearly overview they gave me, I was able to declare nothing. I was sure that I would be able to declare some money to receive, because this was not my primary job and that time I received half of the money than normal. They also reassured me at that time that I would receive money back.
Unfortunately this was not the case on the document I received from them and when I talked about it with Service Royal, I received some feedback as what do I expect to receive back, little peanuts?
Let me tell you that for me it was not about the money. It was about the principle.
In the end, they did change my yearly overview after talking to them multiple times and they even realized that they had to pay me back some money before the tax authorities give me the tax back. So it all worked. But did I really have to go through all this trouble for only working with them one time? I don't think so.
I suggest everyone who works with an -uitzendbureau- to double check the documentation they receive.

β β β β β I was pleased to grab an opportunity to work via ServiceRoyal. Promptly agreement at the beginning continued with an interview. Simona and Sebastian helped us with every necessary official document. Throughout the whole 9 weeks, we had enough jobs, and the variety of them was for our lives the most valuable. β β β β β I worked through this job agency during one year. In general everything was alright. I received my payments on time including travel costs. As in any other job I had a record of all the hours I worked and whenever there was a mistake I notified then and it was fixed. Good experience if you are organized and clear with how much workload you want.

β β β β β I am very satisfied with this company, after arriving in the Netherlands, the company was waiting for us at the airport and accompanied us with a pleasant atmosphere. Service royal still knew how to take care of us when we needed to get to work offered us a car or bicycle!
