β β β β β My daughter had terrible experience at this salon with a bleach.
She went there, first to bleach her natural hair into blonde and after, for several months, to do only roots.
In August, Ilona bleached her roots. She overlapped bleach, and broke off her hair at crown area and the back. My daughter complained to Ilona about it, but situation was handled very unprofessional.
She also had worst experience with a βcutβ, by Raymon. I cannot find any other word, but he basically botched her hair! It looks terrible now! He accentuated breakage by adding more short layers!
N.B. His bleaching technique is also poor, overlaps bleach.
P.S. I am posting on my daughter's behalf, because her review was somehow deleted.
