Jan van Brunschot en zijn team zijn geen dozenverkopers maar gaan samen met de klant kijken wat voor de klant de beste oplossing is. Daarnaast houdt het niet op bij de verkoop maar hebben ze ook een uitstekende aftersales. Bij vragen of installatieproblemen staan ze paraat. Ook heeft Setinpoint een uitstekende reparatie afdeling. Gelukkig hebben we hier nog niet te vaak gebruik van hoeven maken. Fysiotherapie Udenhout has been a regular customer of Setinpoint for many years. Jan van Brunschot and his team are not box sellers but together with the customer we will look for the best solution for the customer. In addition, it does not stop with the sale but they also have an excellent after-sales service. They are ready to answer any questions or installation problems. Setinpoint also has an excellent repair department. Fortunately we have not had to use this too often.

Via bol.com had ik de dag erna toch een nieuwe hp-printer in huis. Advies bij Set in point was dus niet zo geweldig en zelfs een beetje verzonnen. Only computer shop in the village. Went there due to faulty printer. Couldn't buy a new one as there were no printers or long waiting times. The next day I had a new hp printer at home via bol.com. So advice at Set in point was not that great and even a bit made up.

Mijn computer was zeer traag en Jan en zijn team hebben me eerlijk en goed geadviseerd wat te doen en het probleem ook daadwerkelijk opgelost. Ook de service achteraf was erg fijn. Hier ben je nog echt klant! Very positive experience with Set in Point. My computer was very slow and Jan and his team gave me honest and good advice on what to do and actually solved the problem. The service afterwards was also very nice. Here you are still a real customer!
