It was such an awesome experience dealing with Settle Service. They were appointed by my new employer and they made sure everything worked out 100% as expected. All appointments were made on my behalf, we had consultants that assisted with the language barrier during the appointments. The banking appointment was not part of the "package" purchased by my employer but the consultant from Settle Service that assisted me at the GGD for my initial appointment even went so far as to handle this for me "off the books" in assisting with making sure I get an appointment at ABM Amro the very next day using some very convincing negotiating skills ;) They handled the 30% ruling and all other admin on my behalf, the only thing they didn't handle was a rental agreement which luckily I manage to take care off with relative ease due to me not staying in the center of the Randstad area. Thanks Settle Service you guys were wonderful....highly recommended.

Lived in the Netherlands for an entire year, and Settle Service was paid to "assist" us with the move. In 365 days, they were not helpful once. The nightmare with them began when we had to start looking for housing on our own and suggesting locations to our relocation agent. As you would expect, we lost out on our first choice place because she moved too slow. Fast forward to our arrival when upon our apartment inspection we met not our agent but someone that was contracted to help "inspect" the place. This representative continued to carry out conversations in Dutch with our landlord, leaving us to feel like we missed out on a lot. Beyond that, they didn't show us how to work the appliances, give recommendations on places to go in town, or disseminate any information on local taxes we would need to pay in the future which would have been helpful. Continue to a few days later when they messed up our bank appointment and we had to go back a second time, missing work to do this, to set up an account properly. Not a peep from Settle Service the rest of our stay until near move-out time, with the exception of a lame welcome bag including all items we already had figured out and purchased for ourselves. Close to move-out, we were assigned a different agent, probably because the other got fired for terrible performance. The new one continued the trend of messing up appointments or scheduling them at inconvenient times, being clueless, and making unhelpful suggestions. If you are a family looking to relocate, hire any other company or just figure things out for yourself. Trust me, it will be easier and much faster. If you are a company, do your employees a favor and hire a professional, organized company that knows what they are doing. This of course is not Settle Service.

I came from abroad, and i have to say this has been a perfect relocation experience and is all thanks to the support of entire team. I really appreciate it. When i needed some clarifications about the process, country specific concerns, procedures, even to understand the annoying form that most be filled as part of the legal requirements was some much easier with the tools provided. Also it was really interesting to find information not only about the neighborhoods, areas of most of the cities in the Netherlands which is so useful. As soon as i arrived i was really informed of the next steps, meeting points and the mos important topics regarding the migration process. Definitely if a had to choose an agency i definitely would choose again to settle service.

Excellent Service by Settle Service. This is a company hired by my new employer to assist in my Visa transfer and also with my 30% ruling in Netherlands. Immigration specialists from this company were informative and clear in their communication. Settle Service was absolutely unhelpful with my move to and from the Netherlands. From the beginning, they gave me absolutely no recommendations for places to live or when to schedule appointments. They repeatedly said it was “difficult” to find housing where I needed to live, which happened to be a city with plenty of housing options according to other websites. Due to their negligence and slow movements on potential apartments, I barely had a place to live by the time I moved to the country. Once in the country, I was basically on my own. They scheduled appointments for me out of order and I ended up having to go to the local town hall several times to complete my registration. Other than town hall appointments and a bank appointment, I received no help. Then, they provided no help for the rest of my stay in the country, including when I left the Netherlands. Wondering how to close your bank account or de-register from your city? There is no use in asking Settle Service, as they had no idea. You are better off just googling instead of paying for their “services”!

Recently moved to Amsterdam and Settle Service was the chosen relocation service my company hired. Have to say I didn't have any issues with them. They were very very quick to reply to my questions. I didn't get the "home finding package" from them, but I did get a nice ride around town and got a few good tips for apartment hunting. When I eventually found a place, I sent them the lease contract for review and got a reply in less than a couple hours (which was very important cause I needed to close on the same day).

I have recently moved to Netherlands and Settle Service processed my VISA application and 30% ruling on behalf of my employer. The service was very smooth and well coordinated by the Team. Elisabeth helped with all the documents, my doubts and with everything.
