β β β β β 2 jaar en 9 maanden geleden gloednieuwe koppeling erin die nu al weer versleten zou zijn. Het valt 9 maanden buiten garantie dus 'pech' is het antwoord van Breeman'. Dat is nog één ding, maar het slechte bereik van de medewerkers is een ander verhaal omdat ik vaker moest bellen. Mijn auto staat al 2 meer dan 2 weken bij een andere vestiging omdat de vestiging autolettestraat (waar het zou zijn gemaakt) mij niet terugbelt voor een plan van aanpak. Ik ben bereid om mijn review aan te passen als ik terecht word behandeld.
Brand new clutch in it 2 years and 9 months ago that would already be worn out. It is out of warranty for 9 months, so 'bad luck' is Breeman's answer. That's one more thing, but the poor reach of the employees is another story because I had to call more often. My car has been at another branch for 2 more than 2 weeks because the branch Autolettestraat (where it would have been made) does not call me back for a plan of action. I am willing to change my review if I am treated fairly.

β β β β β I just recently moved to Rotterdam from Germany and chose Breeman MINI for the scheduled service of my BMW car. I cannot comment on the technical side but the customer service was below expectations. The guy at the reception desk was rather arrogant and provided little to none information about the service procedures. When I showed up in the evening to pick up the car totally soaked after a bike ride (provided by the dealer) under cold rain, he asked whether I was wet because from training or running and offered no coffee or water whatsoever, which is a standard in German BMW services. For a dealer of a premium car brand, such level of customer service and hospitality is below par. I'll try to stay away from Breeman in future.
