★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do find the doctors sensible enough to understand the problem of patient.Rather than referring patient to the concerned specialist they choose to make money from insurance providers by stretching the WRONG UNREQUIRED treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacy staff works inefficiently, given an example:
- I had to take 2x queue numbers for the prescription they already had in the system and for the prescription I brought at the same time.
The pharmacist gave different dose of the medicine than the one my doctor have prescribed:
- I got prescription for stomach ache describing 20mg tablets for consumption of 4x / day max (only if needed). Instead, the pharmacist gave me 40mg tablets for consumption of 2x / day max. After discussion with doctor, he told me that the dose of the medicine does not work like simple math. I had to return the medicine back to this pharmacy. Fortunately, I got the correct dose (but still) after arguing for few more minutes with the pharmacist.
- Again I got only 4x25000IE of Vitamin D while the doctor prescribed 3x50000IE
Given the facts above, I would rate 0 if I could. I unsubscribe immediately afterwards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The GP is good. Easy to make appointment via website. Also has physiotherapist, psychologist and pharmacy in the same building. But sometimes it's too crowded, and difficult to make appointment in the same week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 interest in the patient. my finger was broken in such a way that i need screws even. If I would not have a nurse in my family that told me I should push to the doctor to send me to the hospital I would probably need a severous surgery in my finger. The instrucctions of their doctor was just wait and lets see if it doesn't go better. when I could go to the hospital, 2 days after the doctor answer and 5 days after my accident, my finger was actually better so if I would not be advice by my family, probably I would not call for a doctor appoinment until it was too late to get the fix I got.
I inform sge about that but I even recieve a call fom the manager saying that they didn't see that my complain is really serious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All employees are very rude, unprofessional and not at all expat friendly. everytime doctors change, so you can not continue with the same doctor. Doctors are also not experienced. They will do google search for finding medicine for illness. Overall, Pathetic service. It is not the right place to go.
