Het is onmogelijk ! Ook zijn de aangekondigde deadlines fantasievol. Er wordt ons zelfs verteld dat de tijden die in de bestellingen worden aangegeven niet contractueel zijn, maar als indicatie worden gegeven ... Voor een analyseperiode van 5 dagen is het noodzakelijk om de resultaten na meer dan 10 of 12 dagen te ontvangen, het is niet professioneel. I contacted the Synlab customers number to ask for an advice on when to take the PCR test and they adviced me to give a sample on Thursday the 20th in Brussels in order to have the results on time for the flight. Saturday morning, the results were not sent to me and the response was that the sampling took place in Brussels, however, the analysis is carried out in Liege. When I mentioned that the PCR has a 72 hours notice of validity, they responded that they are aware of that and that they cannot do anything about it. This is an irresponsible and unacceptable service.
