o	oaciftci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are fine but scheduling an appointment is an issue. One lady at the receptionis extremely unhelpful. She scheduled my appointment to the wrong date than what she told me on the phone once. And once she postponed my appointment and failed to inform me. Because of her incompetence i am changing my GP.

L	Leila Gharavi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know how the situation is with other GPs here in the Netherlands, but I’m not satisfied with the student GP at all. Considering that you have no choice but to go to your GP when having problems, they sometimes make you feel worse. I had sore throat and hoarseness (and you can imagine in that case how hard talking on the phone is) they said if you want to come here, you should do a PCR test at GGD. I did so, called them again, but they said: well, we are busy and can’t do anything for you, so go talk to your pharmacist and they will give you something!
S	Saga Kassa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, not too bad experience here yet. My feedback on what can be improved is the outdated appointment system. It would be nice to make online appointments or be able to speak to the assistant. Sending confirmation e-mails and texts for booked appointments would also be an improvement. EDIT: after some time now there is finally an online portal to take care of everything. Amazing work, so this is 5 stars now.
T	Talia Xu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to come to the practice a few times for referrals and treating minor conditions over the last two yeras, initially I was nervous of going because of the reviews, but I actually found that the doctors were always efficient, empathetic and understanding. Even though each appointment is booked for 10 minutes, I never felt rushed (But I really DID feel rushed when I visited the hospital, ugh). As a foreign student, I found it very difficult to navigate the health system in the Netherlands in the beginning and build the trust with the health providers. I probably looked up things online and asked a bit too much, and even though I think the doctors probably wouldn't make the same choices/decisions if they were in my shoes, I felt that they listened well and tried to understand my logic and reasoning and was supportive, instead of being dismissive. The assistants of the practice are also extremely helpful, both on the phone and via email. I actually didn't mind the appointment system so much. I'm not sure what kind of fancy systems are in other countries but it is certainly better than the Canadian GP appointment system...
