Upon arrival, the hotel had asked for a €50 deposit which was quite ridiculous but we proceeded to go on with it. All seemed well however as soon as we got given the key card, the lift had a musky smell which was quite off putting. The hallways leading to the room was quite creepy as the musky smell got stronger and the corridors were dingy and my partner and I got goosebumps walking to the room as it felt quite abandoned. As soon as we got in the room the first thing i noticed was how DUSTY the room was. I am very sensitive to dust and could not stop sneezing so we had to leave the hotel room for me to stop sneezing. It felt as if staff and cleaners did not upkeep with daily cleaning as it felt as if the room was abandoned and not touched unless people stayed there. Sleeping here was horrible as there was no air con either so not only was i unable to stop sneezing from the dust but my partner was also very warm and the room was just stuffy. As there were not many people staying in the hotel, there were a couple who stayed next door who couldn't stop making noise until my partner banged on the walls and they kept quiet. I really don't like this hotel as it wasn't sanitary and uncomfortable.

Perfectly fine hotel. A little out of the way but if your OK with that or have business in the area that's fine. Basically the only acceptable hotel in that area. Can't speak for either breakfast or any other rooms then my own since I've only spent one night there. But my room had large windows spanning the width of the room, large and bright but with curtains that could be closed. The entire hotel smells like Chinese food restaurant but the room didn't, it was nice and clean. Furniture and bathroom didn't exactly fit in with the design of the building with dark wood in oriental design inside a white, bright modern building but it's probably hard to do more modern design inside without loosing the classical oriental atmosphere. One complaint would be the AC, the hallways in the hotel are hot and damp. Inside the room it's better but the AC is kind of tricky to set up nicely and the dampness is ever present. They could use a upgrade for the ventilation probably. All in all, a nice hotel with a interesting atmosphere. I would definitely stay there again if I'm ever in the area.

Really nice, cosy hotel. Staff were extremely wonderful and so accommodating. They are what makes the hotel so thank you so much! Rooms were very spacious and beds very nice. Breakfast had everything you needed and we loved the Dutch cheese!

It was not as you say clean. Hotel advertises with rituals toiletries. Those where present yet bolted down. I had to get on my knees to see which was the shampoo and which was the douche gel... And the final straw, the room came with a complementary BIBLE! what is this? The 1500s? I think I have a free choice of my religious beliefs and it's not Christianity! Yet this hotel beliefs this to be wrong apperently. Unacceptable!

Dust, dust and more dust - everywhere, not only in the rooms. Extremely unsanitary. I wanted to have some tea in the room, but the cups were dirty.. and there was only one sachet of sugar left. An off-putting smell in the elevator and in the halls. The mirrors weren't clean as well. We've booked our one-night stay with a breakfast. On the cards and on the website it states that the breakfast starts at 7:30am, so we went downstairs to finally eat something, and the lady at the counter told us it's 7:30am for the groups only and 8:30am for the other guests, which did not work for us, since we had to leave early, then she allowed us to take some food upstairs and we had to eat in our rooms. Also before, even though we've paid for the breakfast, the lady told us that we haven't even ordered it, had to show her the confirmation e-mail and she had to look up in her computer that we've paid. The two stars are only because of the Asian lady that was at the front desk on Friday 7.08, who spoke German and English really well, we had no trouble with communication whatsoever, thank you for your help and kindness, we really appreciate it.

Excellent traditional Chinese food at affordable prices. Only drawback is the limited number of parking spaces at the restaurant. Fortunately, the neighbors were closed so had free space.

Only stayed here one night but the room was great and (especially the bathroom) clean. I liked how quiet it was in the room and in the hallways, a nice experience. The included breakfast was also well prepared with enough options and comfortable seating. We also had dinner in the accompanied Chinese restaurant. It was delicious and hosted by very friendly staff. Only criticism was that the room was quite dusty.
