Not only were they talking negative about me and my friend in chinese (she speaks chinese), my nails have never looked worse! My toe nails still have polish on them from before (they are supposed to clean that off), and one of my fingers has an infection. Definitely never going back..

They’re cleaning items are just on the floor 2) they charge you extra to use their nail varnishes 3) charge you extra to use their massage chairs (while you are getting your pedicure). 4) quite rude 5) overpriced for poor services. 6) complain when you want to use YOUR OWN VARNISH for base coat and top coat. She said it takes to long (in the end she did it ). 7) NO SLIPPERS. So you have to walk from the chair to a “waiting seat” BARE FOOT! 8) No fans to dry your nails 9) Overall bad service! 10) no aftercare! We were left to wait for no reason no check up to see if our nails were dry or not! We ended up leaving after the pedicure and finishing off at home. Waste of time and money! Honestly. No one should go here until they. Hangs their ways and management!!

I have never had my nails look so ugly and it's really disappointing because I paid a lot of money just to have them painted. It was cracked and chipped within hours. The lady didn't paint the whole nail. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!! DON'T WASTE MONEY HERE!!! It's a pity even giving 1 star. I'm so annoyed.

The girl pretty much pulled out the acrylic without using any nail polish remover and completely broke and destroyed my natural nail.
