Vanaf september 2013 onvriendelijk voor motorrijders je moet je helemaal uitkleden en aankleden omdat je anders niet mag betalen.
Als senior stoor ik mij op de manier / toon waarop het wordt gevraagd

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klanten staan te roken 5 meter van de pomp en ( poolse) Shell medewerkster zegt er niets van, ook als ik haar hier op wijs. Service daalt hier zienderogen. Zal wel snel onbemand tankatation worden.
Customers are smoking 5 meters from the pump and a (Polish) Shell employee says nothing, even when I point this out to her. Service is dropping noticeably here. Will soon become an unmanned gas station.
