Lijk je een goede deal te hebben voor een carwash voor half geld, als puntje bij paaltje komt is de wasstraat gesloten (stoomcleaner staat binnen, personeel zit in kantoortje) en je kassabon is niet geldig voor de wasbeurt. Je zou nog een onbenullig stuk papier hebben gekregen. Waar iedere Hollandse wasstraat je het voordeel van de twijfel had gegund. Maar niet hier! Een naar bier ruikende medewerker benadert je heel agressief met opgeheven vinger en en veel verbaal geweld alsof je een grote oplichter bent. Een tweede drinkkameraad komt er nog even een agressief schepje bovenop doen. Moet de Tankwart geweest zijn (weet je wel voor de extra service) Tip voor de zuinige Hollander: Op dit kruispunt worden zeker niet de laagste tarieven berekend in Goch! Aan de andere kant van Goch ben je vaak beter af..... Be careful here! You seem to have a good deal for a car wash for half the price, when the tip comes to the post the car wash is closed (steam cleaner is inside, staff is in office) and your receipt is not valid for the wash. You would have received another potty piece of paper. Where every Dutch car wash had given you the benefit of the doubt. But not here! A beer-smelling employee approaches you very aggressively with a raised finger and a lot of verbal violence as if you were a big scammer. A second drinking companion comes to do an aggressive scoop. Must have been the Tankwart (you know for the extra service) Tip for the frugal Dutchman: At this intersection certainly not the lowest rates are calculated in Goch! On the other side of Goch you are often better off .....
R	Ralf Bring on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich lese hier Sachen von dem Bösen mit .....einige Angestellte waren ziemlich überfordert mir einen Deal zu verkaufen,der Super Freundliche Herr mit ......hat die Situation erkannt (er war Privat da) und hat mir den Deal klar gemacht.Als ich heute erfahren habe das der Herr wieder kommt hat mich das sehr gefreut und ich werde weiter die Deals mit ihm machen......Top Verkäufer. Dann musst Du halt für Ersatz sorgen oder den Termin absagen. Lieber Kollege mit der Glatze, wenn man so unfreundlich in den Wald hinein ruft, sollte man sich nicht wundern, wenn es heftig heraus schallt. Wenn meine Mitarbeiter so mit dem Kunden interagieren würden, könnten sie sich einen neuen Job suchen. Well, appointment for internal cleaning just burst. The employee seems to have suddenly become ill. Then you have to stop for replacement or cancel the appointment. Dear colleague with the bald head, if you call in so unfriendly in the forest, you should not be surprised if it sounds violently out. Ich habe mich nach einem Bestimmten Herrn erkundigt weil ich eine Neue Vpower Karte wollte,was mir dann alles zu Ohren kam war Grausam.Der Angestellte kannte mich nicht und wir sind bestimmt auch nicht per Du,darum ist dies einfach Unmöglich,einem Kunden sowas zu erzählen. Werde mal über Facebook versuchen den Ex Mitarbeiter zu kontaktieren und ihm davon erzählen. Ab jetzt fahre ich nicht mehr zu Shell. Very clean the shop, the coffee is the best in the area, but the staff is impossible. I asked for a certain gentleman because I wanted a new Vpower card, what I then heard was cruel. The employee did not know me and we are definitely not through you, so this is simply impossible to give a customer that tell. I'll try to contact the ex-employee on Facebook and tell him about it. From now on I don't go to Shell anymore.

Der ehemalige Möchtegern-Chef (mit Glatze, Lebensgefährte der Inhaber*In) ist mit sich und seiner Tätigkeit sehr überfordert, sehr Launenhaft und zum wiederholten Male unglaublich unfreundlich, Respektlos und patzig. Gott sei Dank jedoch ist er Mittlerweile aufgrund seiner Kündigung u.a. durch meiner vorangegangenen Beschwerde bei der Shell Betriebsleitung nicht mehr an dieser Tankstelle tätig. Mostly very friendly employees! The former would-be boss (bald, partner of the owner) is very overwhelmed with himself and his job, very moody and once again incredibly unfriendly, disrespectful and snotty. Thank God, however, he is no longer working at this gas station due to his resignation, among other things due to my previous complaint to the Shell management.
H	Husain Chaudhry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe höflich gefragt ob ich rein dürfte um ein Getränk auszuwählen da ich weit nicht sehen kann, die Antwort war ein nein. Also habe ich von draußen geschaut und überlegt welches Getränk ich nehme, nichtmal 2 Minuten später wurde die Eingangstür geöffnet und zwei Typen dürften rein, als ich fragte wieso die rein dürften aber ich nicht, kam die Antwort das seien ihre Freunde und sie habe Hausrecht , ich als Kunde fand es sehr respektlos und ein unfairen Benehmen von der Kassiererin, echt schade das man mit zweierlei Maßen mit Kunden umgeht, ich werde zukünftig mehrmals überlegen ob ich jemals höflich seien sollte oder respektlos da man es anscheinend gegenüber Menschen so ein Verhalten angeht. Ich finde die Kassiererin sollte besser und mehr gecoucht also angelernt werden da so ein Verhalten die Kundschaft für ein Unternehmen kaputt macht. I politely asked if I could go in to choose a drink because I can't see far, the answer was no. So I looked from outside and thought about which drink to take, not even 2 minutes later the front door was opened and two guys were allowed in, when I asked why they were allowed in but I wasn't, the answer came that it was her friends and she has house rights, As a customer, I found it very disrespectful and unfair behavior on the part of the cashier, it's a real shame that you deal with customers with double standards, I will think several times in the future whether I should ever be polite or disrespectful because it seems that this behavior is approached towards people. I think the cashier should be trained better and more couched because such behavior destroys customers for a company.
